Fine sea view from the balcony.
I was completely frustrated with the hotel's layout. The directions were so confusing that I could never find the pool or gym without getting lost multiple times. Staff seemed irritated every time I asked for help. This level of confusion shouldn't happen in a hotel-it's unacceptable!

Friendliness of Staff without being intrusive was as good as I have ever experienced.Location by sea and views were spectacular.
Information about bus timetables should have been made available.

Location in what is a beautiful area. Delightful staff. good food (we ate dinner in the hotel 9 out of the 10 nights - very unusual for us!) Good base for trips to many wonderful locations.
whilst access to the sea and swimming is great, usual problem of availability of sun - loungers. that's all I can think of!!!

The rollercoaster I didn't see coming
The staff was attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and comfort throughout.
The hotel's layout was somewhat perplexing. There was occasional noise from common areas, which disrupted the tranquil atmosphere.

the hotel was lovely...carved out of the side of a cave. they even had a cell phone that you could take with you to call them if you were lost! Nice tough!
the restaurant was good but disappointed in the service. i asked for dessert one day and they said it would take 1-2 hours to come. Another night when i ordered dessert and was disappointed with it, they still charged me for it and didn't offer anything to switch it with. Our last day, our flight left before the buffet breakfast opened, the kitchen was supposed to pack us a breakfast to go and forgot. the concierge was very nice and offered us coffee and bread that had just arrived from the baker. That was sweet. overall i just wasnt impressed with the restaurant service levels.

Beautiful Stay with Fine Views
Enjoyed a fantastic four-night stay with amazing views from our sea-view balcony. Breakfast was great, offering a good spread, and each dining experience felt special thanks to the lovely ambiance created by the candlelit tables. Don't miss the Cave Bar for sunset drinks!

I loved my stay, especially the peaceful pool area and the fantastic sea view from my balcony. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the bar staff could use a little more training in guest communication. 😊

waiter and restaurant
stood in lobby after long flight and cab ride for fifteen minutes wondering why there wasn't a person in sight to check us in. would have left if the cab hadn't already left. went out in bathing suit to use the hot tub but it was not working. room walls were dented and very dirty.
